Ingredients
Method
- Fill a cocktail shaker with ¾ cup of ice.
- Add the coconut water, lemon juice and lemongrass to the cocktail shaker, as well as the limoncello and white rum if using.
- Shake vigorously for one minute.
- Fill two tall glasses with half a cup of ice each.
- Strain the cocktail over the ice, then top with sparkling water.
- Garnish with a lemongrass stalk and serve!
