Method
- Preheat BBQ or grill. Combine olive oil and garlic in mixing bowl and add asparagus and toss to coat with garlic oil.
- Cook asparagus 2 minutes each side until just tender. Remove from BBQ or grill and set aside.
- Arrange salad leaves on platter or individual serving plates. Top with asparagus and scatter with tomatoes and feta and just before serving squeeze lemon over and season with pepper.
Variation: Include the truss tomatoes and other vegetables in season on the BBQ.
