Our Carrot Cake Oats made with fresh Carrot from your local fruit and veg shop? 🥕 Or our Raspberry & Banana Oats made using only the freshest Raspberries and Bananas from your local fruiterer?

Method

  1. Preheat oven to 180C fan-forced, and grease a small ovenproof dish with a small knob of butter
  2. Mix all ingredients together in a bowl then transfer into the ovenproof dish.
  3. Bake in the oven for 25 mins or until the baked oats are golden at the edges.
  4. Once cooked, remove from the oven, and let stand for 10 mins to cool. Top with a dollop of yoghurt if desired, and perhaps a drizzle of maple syrup too. Enjoy!
